Our Online Services
Our clinical system provider SystmOne provides GP online services which allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- Book or cancel appointments online
- Renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- View parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.
How to Sign-up
In order to access this service we will need to set you up with your unique username and password. This can be done by any member of our Reception team at either our Tramways or Middlewood site. We will need to be able to confirm your identity so please bring along a piece of photo ID with you. Unfortunately in order to ensure patient confidentiality, we are unable to issue password to relatives or family.
Access for Children Under 16
For children under 13, we are able to add access through the account of any patient who has parental responsibility. Patients aged 13 to 16 can also be accessed through another account but we do require the consent of the patient to do so. Upon turning 16, the system requires patients to be provided with their own account and they will need go through the registration step above.
