HOW TO REGISTER AT THE PRACTICE
We welcome new patients to our Practice. If you haven't been registered with a GP before you can call in at the Practice and bring with you either your passport, utilility bill (with your current address on), rent book or an up to date photo driving license.

If you have previously been registered with a GP you can call in at the Practice and fill out a Registration form bringing your medical card with you if available.


NEWLY REGISTERED PATIENTS
All newly registered patients are asked to make an appointment for a New Patient Check. The 10 minute appointment will be with either a Practice Nurse or a Health Care Assistant.

It is important you are seen within the first few weeks of joining the Practice as we need to find out about your past and current health issues so that we are able to treat you effectively and appropriately.

You will be asked to complete a form in preparation for this appointment to ensure we get a full history from you.

It is in your interest to attend for one of these appointments.
