About the Practice

The Practice provides a family doctor service under its NHS Contract.  This NHS Contract is called a Personal Medical Services Contract and describes the services that the Practice delivers to its registered polulation along with the times and places where those services are provided. 

We are a no smoking organisation including both buildings and premises.
